Addis Ababa – Lalibela (Days 1–5)
- Day 1: Arrive Addis Ababa, transfer to Triple E Hotel, half-day city tour. Overnight at Triple E Hotel.
- Day 2: Flight to Lake Tana, visit monasteries and Church of Debre Sina. Overnight at Summerland Sky Resort.
- Day 3: Drive to Gondar, explore castles and Debre Berhan Selassie Church. Overnight at Haile Resort.
- Day 4: Fly to Lalibela, explore rock-hewn churches. Overnight at Cliff Edge Hotel.
- Day 5: Visit eastern rock-hewn churches, Nakutelab church, and participate in an Ethiopian coffee ceremony. Overnight at same hotel.
Ziway – Turmi / Omo Valley (Days 6–10)
- Day 6: Fly to Addis, drive to Ziway. Lake tour to see birds. Overnight at Ziway Haile Resort.
- Day 7: Morning tour to Abijata Shala National Park, drive to Sodo. Overnight stay.
- Day 8: Drive from Sodo to Jinka, visit Ari Tribe and local market.
- Day 9: Visit Mursi and Bena people. Overnight at Emerland Lodge.
- Day 10: Visit Dacenech village, return to Turmi to see Hamer people. Overnight at Emerland Lodge.
Konso – Arba Minch (Days 11–13)
- Day 11: Visit tribal markets, continue to Konso. Overnight at Kanata Lodge.
- Day 12: Drive to Arba Minch, visit Dorze village and tribe. Overnight at Arba Minch.
- Day 13: Tour Lake Chamo to see crocodiles and birds. Visit 40 springs and jungle walk. Overnight at Arba Minch.
Yirgalem – Hawassa – Addis (Days 14–17)
- Day 14: Drive to Yirgalem for a coffee tour. Overnight at Aregash Lodge.
- Day 15: Half-day tour in Hawassa to see hippos, birds, and monkeys along the lakeside.
- Day 16: Drive back to Addis, visit National Museum. Overnight at same hotel as Day 1.
- Day 17: Visit the largest open market in Addis for shopping. Transfer to the airport for flight home.

📝 SMT Tour – Cancellation Policy
🙋♂️ Cancellation by You (the Traveler)
- 📅 More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 📅 15–30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- 📅 Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
🏛️ Cancellation by SMT Tour
In rare cases, if SMT Tour must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund. Whenever possible, we will also offer alternative dates or similar tour options.
🔄 Changes to Your Booking
Changes such as dates or number of travelers are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible to make adjustments.
🌪️ Force Majeure
SMT Tour is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. We will assist with rescheduling or providing credit for future tours.
💳 Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
